Two Divisions at Visions

To give parents and students a clear view of what to expect from classes, we have organized our classes into two divisions:

Pre-professional Division: Classes designed towards a more serious pursuit for a career in the arts and those looking for more of a challenge in a caring but disciplined environment.

These classes require an audition. Students are required to dance during the summer for Senior Company and Senior Prep Company. 

Classes available in Pre-professional include:

• Senior Co.
• Junior Co. 1 & 2
• Mini Co. 1, 2, 3
• Intermediate 2-3 classes in: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Pointe, Lyrical & Modern
• Hip Hop Teams

Recreational Dance Division: Classes geared towards fun and fitness with an emphasis on proper technique. No audition is required for these classes but teachers reserve the right to place students according to their ability.

By having 2 divisions, we can allow students to progress through our curriculum and give every dancer, from beginning to advanced, a sense of purpose and a clear objective in achieving their goals.
